Return Policy
Any item may be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging for a full refund within 15 days of invoice date. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please ensure any returns are sent recorded delivery (or other 'signature on delivery' service). Any orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 15% admin charge deducted from the value of the refund. These charges are applied to us by our card processor and regrettably have to be passed on to our customers. Please be certain before ordering. Please allow 30 days to process refunds.

To obtain a refund, Please Print and complete this form and send it along with (1) Copy of your Receipt, (2) Proof of Purchase of the product, (3) proof of identity (license or state issued ID) and any one of the items listed below:

Please allow two to four weeks for refund of the products to be processed. Refund amount will be up to the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as seen on our website. All third party fees are not refundable to include UPS, FED EX, DHL, USPS, FREIGHT or CARRIER. All refund claims must filed within 30 days of invoice date
